Company Description Kubota Saudi Arabia Company (KSACO), founded in December 2009, is a specialized supplier of heat-resistant cast steel products serving primarily petrochemical industries. KSACO is a joint venture between Kubota Corporation of Osaka, Japan and Tharawat Development Company (TDC) of Saudi Arabia, and is part of Kubota’s global materials division. The company manufactures and supplies components for petrochemical, steel, iron, and paper machinery worldwide.

Since

July 2010, Kubota’s proprietary alloy brands have been produced from raw materials to finished products under one roof in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, providing integrated and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The member will support daily operations related to coordination between production, quality, and logistics teams, ensuring orders and documentation are handled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities may include assisting with data entry and reporting, maintaining records, supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders, and helping monitor inventory or shipments as needed. The role involves following established procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards,



and collaborating with colleagues to meet operational and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support internal and external stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues, follow up on tasks, and maintain quality and compliance in daily work.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain support is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as business, administration, engineering, or logistics) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, follow safety guidelines, and adapt to a structured industrial environment is required.
