PBHM Medical Center is looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of laboratory investigations, sample collection, equipment handling and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and process blood, urine and other clinical samples.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations, including CBC, blood sugar, lipid profile, LFT, KFT and urine routine.
- Operate and maintain laboratory analysers and equipment.
- Ensure accurate testing and timely reporting of laboratory results.
- Maintain proper sample identification and laboratory records.
- Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Perform internal quality control procedures.
- Assist with home sample collection when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.





Qualifications
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Previous laboratory experience preferred.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required
- Blood sample collection and phlebotomy.
- Haematology and clinical biochemistry.
- Urine analysis.
- Laboratory equipment handling.
- Quality control and result documentation.

Work Schedule Full time position. Working hours and shifts will be discussed during the interview.
