About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities for overseas projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing workforce productivity, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects within timelines and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical technicians, fitters, welders, and support staff in office.

Plan, assign, and monitor daily mechanical activities.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work procedures.

Ensure installation, maintenance, and repair work is completed according to project standards.

Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.

Maintain daily progress reports and workforce attendance records.

Ensure proper utilisation of tools, machinery, and materials.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / ITI /





Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman in construction, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.

Experience working on overseas projects will be an added advantage.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of international safety standards and site practices.
