1. Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and machines.

- Prepare 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software.

- Create detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;

- Perform engineering calculations for strength, stress, load, and material selection.

- Select suitable materials, bearings, fasteners, motors, and other mechanical components.

- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with production, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams.

- Review designs and modify them based on customer or production requirements.

- Conduct design validation and support prototype development.

- Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety requirements, and cost targets.

- Troubleshoot mechanical design and manufacturing-related issues.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Relevant knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing.
