Job Title: OMS Practice Head (KIBO OMS with Sterling / Salesforce OMS)

About the Role : We are looking for an OMS Practice Head to establish, scale, and lead our KIBO, Sterling, and Salesforce OMS practice. You will own practice strategy, solution architecture, delivery governance, client advisory, pre-sales, talent development, and reusable IP. A key mandate is to build a differentiated Sterling / Salesforce OMS to KIBO OMS modernization capability, covering assessment, capability mapping, data and integration migration, testing, cutover, and accelerators.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the OMS practice strategy, roadmap, operating model, delivery standards, and governance.
- Build the talent pool through hiring, training, certification, and career paths.
- Provide architecture oversight across KIBO, Sterling, and Salesforce OMS programs, including order orchestration, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, BOPIS, ship-from-store, split orders, backorders, and marketplace order management.
- Lead Sterling / Salesforce OMS to KIBO OMS assessments, migrations, mock runs, cutover, and go-live.
- Act as strategic advisor to CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders. - Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solutioning, estimation, and pipeline growth.
- Provide delivery governance through architecture reviews and quality gates. - Build reusable IP: reference architectures, migration frameworks, mapping templates, and accelerators.

Mandatory Requirements




- 14+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Order Management Systems, with strong hands-on expertise in KIBO Order Management and Sterling OMS / Salesforce OMS.
- 2+ end-to-end KIBO OMS implementations in an Architect, Technical Lead, Solution Lead, or equivalent senior role.
- Robust hands-on experience with Sterling OMS or Salesforce OMS, including complex enterprise implementations.
- Proven experience in Sterling OMS / Salesforce OMS to KIBO OMS modernization/migration (assessment, capability mapping, data migration, integration migration, testing, cutover, go-live).
- Proven track record of building, managing, and growing an OMS practice.
- Experience managing large, distributed technical teams across multiple projects and customers.
- Strong expertise in Retail, eCommerce, Omnichannel Commerce, Distributed Order Management, and Marketplace environments.
- Strong client-facing experience with enterprise architects, technology leaders, and C-level executives.
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI/RFQ, pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and business development.
