Ashwini Group of Hospitals is hiring for the position of Security Guard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and hospital premises.
- Monitor entry and exit points of the hospital.
- Maintain visitor entry registers and verify authorized access.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Manage traffic and parking within hospital premises.
- Ensure discipline and crowd management in hospital areas.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Conduct regular security rounds and maintain duty records.
- Coordinate with hospital administration during emergencies.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
- Experience:



1–3 years in security services (hospital experience preferred).
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Valuable communication and observation skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations responsibly.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
