Job Description

Vivansh Vasishta Group of Companies is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDMs) to expand the sales network for CERITAGE Jewellery ERP.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development or client relationship management, with the ability to generate leads, approach potential customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit jewellery shops, showrooms and businesses to identify potential customers.
- Generate leads, demonstrate CERITAGE Jewellery ERP and close sales.
- Onboard recent customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate customer support and follow-ups.




- Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
- Experience in B2B sales, ERP, software or retail sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
