About the Role

We are looking for a creative individual who understands Instagram, short-form video, Reels and visual storytelling. You will help develop engaging content that makes our brand more visible, relatable and memorable.

The role involves ideation, scripting, trend research and content production, with a focus on creating content suited to Instagram rather than simply reposting content from other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research relevant Instagram trends, Reels formats, audio, creators and content styles.
- Generate ideas for Reels, Stories, carousels and other Instagram formats.
- Write short video scripts, opening hooks, captions and calls to action.
- Develop content around technology, AI, design, development, digital growth, company culture and project highlights.
- Plan and maintain an Instagram content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design team and relevant colleagues to turn ideas into publishable content.
- Assist with recording short videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews and team-led content where required.
- Edit short-form videos or coordinate with the editing/design team to prepare them for publishing.
- Monitor comments, engagement patterns and content performance.
- Analyse successful content formats and suggest experiments to improve reach, watch time, saves,



shares and profile visits.

What We Are Looking For

- A solid understanding of Instagram and Reels culture.
- Creativity, visual awareness and an instinct for engaging storytelling.
- Ability to write concise scripts and attention-grabbing opening lines.
- Awareness of current social media trends and how to adapt them to a business audience.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or similar software are preferred.
- Willingness to experiment, learn and take ownership of content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Film, Advertising or related fields.

A personal Instagram account, portfolio of Reels, video editing samples or previous content projects will be an advantage.

How Success Will Be Measured

- Consistency and quality of published content.
- Reels reach, watch time, completion rate, shares and saves relative to the baseline.
- Quality and originality of concepts and scripts.
- Ability to identify useful trends and translate them into brand-relevant content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
