Company Name: Movelynk Private Limited Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive – Logistics Job Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities in logistics and transportation. - Handle customer inquiries and understand their transportation and freight requirements. - Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements and transportation costs. - Negotiate rates with customers and vendors to maintain competitive pricing and profitability. - Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. - Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, service requirements, and order confirmations. Operations & Logistics Coordination - Coordinate with transport vendors, fleet owners, and logistics partners to arrange transportation services. - Collect vendor quotations and negotiate competitive transportation rates. - Manage transportation arrangements from pickup to final delivery. - Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.



- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers. - Resolve operational issues, including vehicle delays, pickup changes, and delivery-related concerns. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and other transportation-related documents. - Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payments, GST invoices, and delivery confirmations. - Maintain proper records of customer orders, vendor details, transportation rates, and shipment information. - Ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal business operations.
