Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Biology Faculty member who can deliver high-quality classroom teaching, simplify complex biological concepts, and help students achieve excellent academic results.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Biology concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and assignments.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Help students strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus and examination patterns.
- Maintain classroom discipline and academic standards.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Biology, Zoology,



Botany, Biotechnology, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board or NEET coaching preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle classroom teaching and student mentoring independently.

Preferred Skills

- Strong command of Botany and Zoology.
- NEET-oriented teaching experience.
- Effective classroom management.
- Preparation of question banks and examination material.
