About the Role

Bluetik Digitals is looking for a passionate and proactive Project Coordinator to manage digital marketing projects, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain effective communication with clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, excellent coordination skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to turn creative ideas into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day digital marketing projects.
- Manage and coordinate the creative, content, and digital marketing teams.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide regular updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Plan, assign, and monitor tasks among team members.
- Generate creative ideas and contribute to digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth workflow between departments.




- Identify challenges and coordinate with the team to find effective solutions.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Passionate about digital marketing, creativity, and brand growth.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong idea generation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a solid sense of responsibility.
