Job Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing installation, repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain water supply lines, pipelines, taps, valves and drainage systems.
- Identify and repair water leakage and pipeline blockages.
- Maintain washrooms, toilets, washbasins and drinking water facilities.
- Attend daily plumbing complaints and breakdowns.
- Install and maintain water pumps, motors and related plumbing equipment.
- Check and maintain overhead and underground water tanks.
- Ensure proper drainage and wastewater disposal systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing issues.
- Maintain plumbing tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow workplace safety rules while carrying out maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the Admin and Maintenance teams for daily work requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of plumbing systems and fittings.
- Ability to identify and repair plumbing problems.
- Knowledge of PVC, CPVC, GI and other plumbing pipes.
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or commercial plumbing.
- Ability to handle plumbing maintenance independently.
- Willingness to attend emergency maintenance complaints.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
