Are you creative, organised, and passionate about content and digital media? We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to coordinate creative projects, manage content requirements, and ensure the timely execution of marketing creatives across platforms.

Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate creative requirements for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Plan and manage creative calendars, briefs, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of posters, videos, reels, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Communicate creative requirements clearly to the production team.
- Review creative outputs for quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Track creative tasks, revisions, approvals, and deadlines.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creative formats, and emerging content ideas.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Required Skills





- Solid creative thinking and visual sense.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and follow-up abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Any degree; candidates from Media, Visual Communication, Design, or Marketing backgrounds are preferred.
- Relevant experience in creative coordination, content production, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Work Details

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Second Saturday and Sunday
