Job Title: International Travel Voice Support Executive

Job Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO

- Process: International Travel Voice Support

- Salary: Up to ₹4.00 LPA

- Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

- Transport: Both-side cab facility

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international travel-related customer queries.

- Assist customers with flight bookings and itinerary details.

- Manage booking modifications and cancellations.

- Maintain accurate customer records.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Robust verbal and written communication.





- Good customer-handling skills.

- Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
