Job Overview

Sky Automobile, Mahindra’s Authorised Service Centre, is looking for a customer-oriented and responsible Service Advisor to manage customer interactions, understand vehicle service requirements, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and accurately record customer complaints.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis and repairs.
- Explain service estimates, additional repairs and delivery timelines to customers.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure customer concerns are addressed.
- Maintain service records and follow up on customer feedback.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership, car workshop or authorised service centre.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and workshop operations.
- Valuable communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
- Basic computer skills and service documentation knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Monthly salary starting above ₹20,000, based on experience and suitability.
- Opportunity to work with Mahindra’s authorised service network.
- A professional automobile service environment.

Work Location: Sky Automobile, next to Prema Laxman High School, Pendkarpada, Mira Road East, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
