Zepto is actively hiring dedicated Pickers for full-time positions across various store locations. Selected candidates will undergo structured training to become fully job-ready.

Job Overview & Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently pick items from store shelves according to digital order lists.
Packing & Labeling: Pack goods safely, systematically, and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, maintaining daily inventory counts, and organizing items in designated warehouse locations.
Store Operations: Support smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining strict workplace cleanliness and safety compliance.
Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the supply chain and store team to achieve daily workflow efficiency and store targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (equivalent education preferred, but basic reading and product label knowledge is required).
Age Requirement: 18 years and above.
Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of handling packages in a fast-paced retail/warehouse workplace.
Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred,



but not mandatory (Freshers are most welcome).
Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse mobile apps is an advantage; basic communication skills in Hindi or English. Reliability, punctuality, and high discipline are essential.

Salary, Benefits & Training:
Monthly Salary Range: ₹15,600 to ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and location).
Training Program: Selected candidates will undergo a 12-day paid training program to learn store operations seamlessly.
Bonuses & Perks: Performance-based incentives, paid overtime (if applicable), and special festival/occasion bonuses.
Growth opportunities: Excellent internal promotion opportunities into roles such as Senior Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, Warehouse Head, or Operations Manager.
Shift & Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off (Note: Sundays/weekends are peak business days, so offs are adjusted accordingly).
