CAD/CAM ENGINEER

Location: Near Hubli, Karnataka
BE / B.Tech / DME / GTTC / NTTF
3 Positions
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop CAM programs for VMC & 4th-axis machining
- Work on indexing & continuous 4th-axis operations
- Create efficient toolpaths for complex 3D profiles & surfaces
- Plan part orientation, workholding & 4th-axis setups
- Program using SolidCAM / Fusion 360
- Verify toolpaths through CAM simulation & collision checking
- Understand and edit G-code / M-code for machine-level corrections
- Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling & cutting strategies
- Program for tight tolerances, surface finish & repeatability
- Read inspection feedback and make necessary CAM/program corrections
- Optimize cycle time, tool life and machining efficiency
- Support CAM → CNC → Trial → Inspection → Program Improvement

SolidCAM / Fusion 360
VMC + 4th Axis Programming
Fanuc Controller
3D Surface Machining
Toolpath & Fixture Planning
G-code / M-code
Precision Machining & GD&T; Understanding
CAM Simulation & Troubleshooting
IDEAL CANDIDATE
A hands-on CAM qualified who understands not just software, but also machines, tooling, fixtures,
cutting conditions and shop-floor realities.
