Job Summary

- Solid hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM patching
- Windows OS patching (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- WSUS integration and troubleshooting
- SCCM logs analysis (UpdatesDeployment.log, WUAHandler.log, etc.)
- PowerShell for patching automation and reporting

Key Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM patching
- Windows OS patching (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- WSUS integration and troubleshooting
- SCCM logs analysis (UpdatesDeployment.log, WUAHandler.log, etc.)
- PowerShell for patching automation and reporting
- Understanding of:
- - Group Policy
- Active Directory
- Windows Update mechanisms
- WSUS
- PowerShell
- SQL (basic queries for reporting)

- Raise and manage change requests (CRs) for patch deployments
- Troubleshoot SCCM client issues (agent health, WMI, policy failures).
- Resolve issues related to WSUS, ADRs, and content distribution.
- Perform patch rollback when required.
- Provide support during patching-related incidents and outages.
- Support audit, security, and vulnerability management teams.
