1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction, maintenance and repair activities at the factory.
- Monitor building construction, flooring, plastering, painting, brickwork and concrete work.
- Ensure proper execution of civil work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage and supervise labour, contractors and subcontractors.
- Check the quality of construction materials such as cement, sand, steel and aggregates.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Maintenance and Administration departments.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at the worksite.
- Maintain proper utilisation of manpower and construction materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil work execution.

2. Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction work.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Labour and contractor management.




- Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and site management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

3. Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- ITI in Civil-related trade or equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- 0– 2years of relevant experience in civil construction or industrial maintenance.

4. Candidate Requirements

- Should be capable of independently handling factory civil maintenance work.
- Should be able to manage manpower and contractors.
- Must ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Should be willing to work at the factory site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
