Position: Property Acquisition Executive

Location : Alibag,Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Identify & source premium villas
Connect with villa owners, developers & real estate agents
Conduct property visits & evaluations
Negotiate terms and close villa partnerships
Maintain a robust acquisition pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets

Skills Required

What we’re looking for:

2–3 years’ experience Preferred

- Excellent convincing & communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Own laptop – Mandatory
- Own bike + valid driving license – Mandatory
