Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, recommend suitable digital marketing services, and convert qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and consistent professional follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable digital marketing services.
- Explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media management, website design and development, and related solutions.
- Present company services, case studies, and relevant solutions clearly and professionally.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to move sales opportunities forward.
- Respond to client queries and handle basic sales objections.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams after client conversion to ensure a smooth handover.

Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, digital marketing sales, IT sales,



or service-based sales will be preferred.

Who Can Apply

- Candidates comfortable handling sales conversations over phone calls and other digital communication channels.
- Candidates with good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates who can understand client requirements and explain relevant services clearly.
- Candidates with knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, and website design and development will be preferred.
- Candidates confident in handling client queries, objections, follow-ups, and sales discussions.
- Candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company, or B2B service-based company will be preferred.
