We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure proper inventory control, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper stock management and follow FIFO/FEFO practices to control expiry and product damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement and ensure timely updating of records in SAP/ERP.
- Coordinate with sales, transport, and other departments for timely and accurate order dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor their performance and attendance.
- Ensure proper documentation, including GRN, stock registers, invoices, and dispatch records.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline while minimising stock loss and damage.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and dispatch processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and SAP systems.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
