Engineer – Operations (Chemical)

Experience Required:

- Diploma Holders: 2–3 Years of relevant experience in Chemical Operations
- Bachelor's Degree Holders: Relevant experience in Chemical Engineering / Operations preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and result-oriented Chemical Operations Engineer to support site operations, maintenance activities, process improvement, and safety management. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day plant operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth and secure functioning of site processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit work sites and project locations to understand operational requirements and technical needs.
- Assist in the implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and improvement of chemical processes, equipment, and facilities.
- Support day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with maintenance activities and other technical operations at the site.
- Establish and follow safety procedures and waste management practices.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment.
- Coordinate with team members and communicate technical requirements effectively.
- Travel to different project sites across India as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Diploma candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in Chemical Operations.
- Candidates with experience in the Chemical Manufacturing / Processing Industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of chemicals, unit operations, and chemical processes.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Distillation Processes
- Scrubber Handling
- Neutralization Processes
- Evaporation Processes
- Strong understanding of plant operations and basic maintenance activities.
- Industrial Safety Training / Safety Diploma or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to travel across India for site-related work.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
