Job Summary

Keynode Developers is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, architectural coordination, construction planning, and project execution.

The candidate must have hands-on experience managing construction projects from the initial planning stage through execution and final handover. The ability to independently manage project operations, coordinate with various teams, control project costs, and ensure timely completion is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

- Plan, organize, and manage commercial construction projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and work progress targets.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines.
- Identify project delays and take appropriate corrective action.

2. Technical and Construction Management

- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, engineers, and other technical teams.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure proper execution according to project specifications.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Ensure the use of appropriate construction methods, materials, and workmanship standards.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, material requirements, and labour costs.




- Compare actual project expenses with estimated costs.
- Control material wastage and unnecessary project expenditure.
- Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams.
- Identify cost variations and take corrective measures to maintain budget control.

4. Site and Team Management

- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Plan and coordinate labour, materials, machinery, and equipment requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

5. Quality and Safety Management

- Ensure construction work meets approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely corrective action.

6. Client and Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
- Address project-related concerns and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Maintain project reports, records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate final inspections and project handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification in Construction or Architecture.
- Strong practical knowledge of commercial building construction and project execution.
- Ability to independently manage construction projects.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Practical knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and execution management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience required.
- Previous experience managing commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction projects will be considered.
- Candidates must have actual project execution and management experience, not just general site supervision experience.

- Candidates who have independently managed construction projects from planning to completion.
- Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, office buildings, retail spaces, or institutional projects.
- Candidates capable of managing project budgets, timelines, contractors, and site teams.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge and practical project management skills.
- Candidates who can make independent decisions and effectively handle project challenges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
