We are hiring of Mechanical Engineer for Bulk Water Supply Pipeline project at Limbadi (Nr. Surendranagar) Location.

Education:- B.E / B.Tech (Mech) /Diploma Mech

Experience:- 5 Yrs after B.E / B.Tech or 7 Yrs after Diploma

Location:- Limbadi (Nr. Surendranagar)

Salary:- 3.50 LPA - 4.10 LPA CTC + Other Benefits (Bachelor Accommodation & Transportation)

Job Profile:-

- Supervise laying, welding, lowering, jointing, and testing of MS pipelines.
- Monitor installation of pumping machinery, valves, air valves, scour valves, flow meters, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, gradient, and workmanship during pipeline installation.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and relevant IS standards.
- Inspect welding activities and ensure adherence to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Review welding test reports, NDT reports, hydrostatic testing reports, and coating inspection records.




- Monitor internal and external coating works, wrapping, and corrosion protection systems.
- Witness hydrostatic testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure quality documentation and record maintenance
- Monitor pressure testing of transmission mains.
- Supervise pump testing, performance testing, and trial runs.
- Ensure successful commissioning of pumping stations and pipeline networks.
- Verify commissioning records and completion certificates.

Candidate Preference:-

- Candidate should have experience of Pipeline
- Certification of NDT Level-II.
