Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Measurement Executive to conduct accurate site measurements, validate project dimensions, prepare technical drawings, and support interior fit-out and modular furniture projects. The role requires frequent site visits, coordination with design and production teams, and ensuring error-free measurements before manufacturing and installation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Site Measurement

- Visit client sites to measure rooms, floor-to-ceiling heights, walls, doors, windows, beams, columns, and utility points (electrical, plumbing, and gas).
- Ensure accurate dimension collection for project execution.

1. Modular & Custom Furniture Sizing

- Take exact measurements for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, crockery units, lofts, and other customized furniture solutions.
- Verify installation feasibility and site readiness.

1. Drawing & BOQ Preparation

- Prepare 2D/3D layouts, production drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Use software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create accurate technical drawings.

1. Cross-Verification & Site Validation

- Compare architectural and civil drawings with actual site conditions.




- Identify and report discrepancies before manufacturing or installation begins.

1. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, production teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure smooth communication and avoid costly measurement-related rework.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain measurement records, site reports, and validation documents.
- Submit reports within project timelines.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site measurement, validation, surveying, or interior fit-out projects.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and basic quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture and interior fit-out measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Other Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for frequent site visits.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home interiors, or fit-out projects.
- Ability to independently conduct site measurements and validations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
