Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Mahalaxmi Travels’ services across online and offline channels. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and supporting sales teams with promotional materials and offers. The role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating branding and advertising activities, and collaborating with operations to ensure consistent customer messaging.

Specialist will also engage with customers, respond to inquiries, gather feedback,



and help maintain a solid brand presence in the local market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and design effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support revenue growth and promote services across multiple channels.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, MS Office, email marketing tools) and data analysis for campaign performance.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
