Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online campaigns.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, events, promotional campaigns, and print advertising.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify current business opportunities.
- Manage company branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, media partners, and agencies.
- Lead and manage the marketing team and monitor overall performance.

Required Qualifications




- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Experience in event management, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Business development and lead generation.
- Marketing strategy, budgeting, and campaign management.
- Market research and competitor analysis.

Candidate Profile Candidates with 815 years of experience in both online and offline marketing, with proven expertise in brand promotion, lead generation, digital campaigns, events, and business development. Should have the ability to independently manage marketing operations and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
