Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong communication, marketing, and business development skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads, meeting customers, promoting real estate projects, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field marketing and customer interactions.
- Identify potential customers and build a robust customer database.
- Meet prospective clients and explain the company's real estate projects.
- Arrange and coordinate regular property site visits.
- Convert qualified leads into successful plot bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily work reports and customer follow-up updates to HR/Management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support team development and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to perform complete field-based marketing activities.
- Good customer handling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Important Note
- This is a 100% field-based role.
- Candidates must have relevant real estate sales and marketing experience.
- Freshers are not eligible to apply.
- Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, site visits, customer follow-ups, and successful sales closures.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
