Role & responsibilities

Client marketing

- Plan and run monthly social media content calendars for client brands, working with our content, design and video teams
- Set up, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google Ads
- Track campaign performance (reach, leads, CPL, ROAS) and prepare weekly and monthly client reports
- Coordinate influencer and UGC campaigns: shortlisting creators, outreach, briefs, follow-ups and reporting
- Write briefs, captions, ad copy and reel ideas for the creative team
- Be the day-to-day contact for assigned clients on deliverables and timelines

Hotboxs own marketing

- Help generate leads for Hotbox through Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and outreach
- Support SEO and website content (blogs, service pages, case studies)
- Build and maintain our portfolio, case studies and proposal decks
- Follow up on enquiries and pass qualified leads to the founder

Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-4 years in digital or social media marketing, ideally at an agency or with a D2C or e-commerce brand.





Must-have skills

- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, with a basic working knowledge of Google Ads
- Good understanding of Instagram content, reels and trends
- Solid written English and Hindi for captions, copy and client communication
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Excel or Google Sheets
- Can present campaign results clearly, with numbers

Good to have

- Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Basic Canva or video editing, enough to brief designers properly
- Experience handling multiple clients at once
- A portfolio or examples of campaigns with measurable results
