Job Summary The Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities for the company's real estate projects. The role involves developing brand strategies, generating quality leads, managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and enhancing the company's market presence to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Oversee branding, advertising, media planning, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure quality lead generation and conversion support.
- Manage project launches, events, exhibitions, and channel partner engagement programs.
- Monitor marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Track and report key marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and market research.
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and teams.
