1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to develop business relationships, generate corporate leads, and promote Skyhigh Edu's German language training and overseas career opportunities through strategic partnerships with colleges, institutions, companies, and other organizations.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations.
- Promote German language courses and career opportunities in Germany.
- Conduct institutional visits, corporate meetings, seminars, and presentations.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing business partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate business collaborations.
- Organize promotional activities, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure successful conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and business development reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, partnership, and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing, admission, and academic teams.

1. Daily Reporting Requirements

The employee must submit:
- Morning Report: Daily work plan, scheduled meetings, institutional visits, and follow-up plans.




- Evening Report: Number of calls made, institutions visited, meetings conducted, leads generated, follow-ups completed, and conversions achieved.

1. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for institutional and corporate visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new B2B partnerships established.
- Number of institutional and corporate visits.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of seminars and promotional activities conducted.
- Student enquiries and admissions generated through partnerships.
- Monthly business development target achievement.
- Quality of daily reporting and follow-up.

1. Expected Outcome

The B2B Marketing Executive is expected to expand Skyhigh Edu's institutional network, establish strong business partnerships, increase student enquiries, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Management

Note: The employee must maintain professional conduct, follow company policies, achieve assigned targets, and submit daily reports without fail.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
