Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to develop business opportunities, generate leads, promote company products and services, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Promote products and services through digital marketing, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Build and maintain brand awareness.

1. Sales Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers and clients.
- Generate recent business leads and convert them into sales.
- Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers.




- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory have Bike and Driving License.
- Candidate have their own laptop.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
