Mariner Engineering Pvt Ltd is recruiting skilled and experienced Marine Carpenters for shipbuilding, ship repair, marine accommodation outfitting and offshore engineering projects across India.

Selected candidates will be responsible for fabrication, assembly, installation and finishing of marine accommodation interiors, furniture, doors, partitions and related carpentry works.

Key Responsibilities

- Install marine accommodation furniture, cabinets, lockers, partitions, wall panels, ceiling systems and doors.
- Carry out measuring, marking, cutting, fitting, assembly and finishing of carpentry materials.
- Work with marine plywood, laminates, MDF, timber, composite boards and modular furniture systems.
- Install door frames, skirting, trims, decorative panels and associated fittings.
- Carry out necessary adjustments, alignment and finishing to achieve acceptable installation quality.
- Operate standard hand tools, portable power tools and carpentry equipment safely.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades during accommodation outfitting works.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in carpentry, joinery, furniture assembly or interior outfitting.




- Previous marine accommodation, shipbuilding, ship repair or offshore experience preferred.
- Ability to understand basic drawings, measurements and installation instructions.
- Knowledge of marine furniture, wall and ceiling systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently or as part of an installation team.
- Willingness to work at different project locations across India.
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) mandatory for eligible candidates.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary of ₹20,000 per month upwards, negotiable based on experience and skills.
- 8 hours standard working time per day.
- Minimum 2 additional hours of overtime per working day, depending on project requirements.
- Overtime compensation as per applicable statutory requirements.
- ESI and PF benefits as applicable.
- Company-provided accommodation for assignments outside Kerala.
