Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional business growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the HR Staffing industry.
- Build, nurture, and manage strategic client relationships.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and account management.
- Explore business opportunities across Staffing, Skilling, and Workforce Solutions.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Staffing industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Candidates from Staffing, Retail, EdTech, and Facility Management industries will be preferred.
