Job Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee end-to-end accounting, statutory and regulatory compliance, payroll governance, receivable management, and financial reporting for our group entities, listed company, subsidiary, trusts, and private limited businesses in Pune.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Qualification: MBA (Finance) or M. Com.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and statutory compliance.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory hands-on working knowledge of SAP (FICO module).
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, explicit communication, high dedication, and collaborative teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Governance, Accounting & Compliance

- Perform end-to-end verification and validation of monthly payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile all salary-related General Ledger (GL) balances and promptly resolve any variances.
- Record and post all accounting entries pertaining to payroll and employee benefit obligations.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable statutory, labor, and tax regulations.
- Coordinate and manage actuarial valuation activities for employee benefit obligations across all group companies.

1. Statutory Compliance, Payments & Regulatory Management

- Calculate, validate, and process statutory liabilities and challans for PF, ESIC, and PT (Professional Tax) within prescribed timelines.




- Prepare, review, and file statutory returns accurately.
- Reconcile statutory liability accounts against payments made and clear discrepancies.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation for Society and National Pension System (NPS) transactions.
- Handle employee and regulatory inquiries, notices, and dispute resolutions regarding PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Liaise with statutory authorities, prepare documentation, and represent the organization during audits, inspections, and assessments.

1. Accounting, Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the listed company and its subsidiary, including book closure, financial reporting, and statutory record maintenance.
- Oversee Capex accounting , including asset capitalization, asset retirement/disposal accounting, WBS element creation, and budget allocation monitoring.
- Manage financial statement finalization and statutory compliance for group Trusts and Private Limited entities.
- Support MIS reporting by preparing management reports and delivering actionable financial insights.
- Manage inter-company accounting transactions, including debit/credit notes and balance reconciliations across group entities.
- Oversee and ensure TDS and GST compliance across all Group Companies.
- Support Receivable Management, audit preparations, and insurance-related accounting functions.
