1. Basic Function:

The Manager/ Sr. Manager will lead PRESPLs business development, biomass operations, aggregation centers, client delivery, and overall P&L; for the East Zone.

The role requires building scalable BD pipelines, ensuring reliable biomass supply chains, driving O&M; and BOOT opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction across all East Zone contracts.

- Zone business growth

- At least 2 current supply chains for briquettes from the zone
- Full compliance in audits and statutory checks
