Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager Strategic Alliances | Mumbai

We are hiring for a leading organization for the position of Manager / Senior Manager Strategic Alliances in Mumbai with Leading Life Insurance Company.

CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Preferred Industry: Insurance, Banking, NBFCs, HFCs or Financial Services.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Strategic Alliances, Partner Acquisition or Business Development.
- Strong exposure to acquiring and onboarding Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, RRBs and Cooperative Banks.
- Expertise in RFPs, Tender Management, Commercial Negotiations and Deal Closures.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Bancassurance or Financial Services Partnerships will be preferred.
