- Fusion Test Planning & submission of the same.

- Conduction Welder test certification by third Party

- Preparation of WPS,WOPQ

- Team handling.

Skills

- Good knowledge of various welding processes - like laser welding, arc welding, gas welding, etc.,

- Valuable Knowledge of Quality Controls, Quality Systems etc.

- Knowledge of various inspection processes

- Use of quality tools like CAPA, etc

- Handling customer complaints

- Preparation of various roports, system documents & records

- Conduct quality Audits, NC closures.

Qualification - BE (Mech) / Production / Mechtronics / Material Science & Engg/ Manufacturing Engg / Engineering Physics / Metallurgical Engg.
