NimbleGTM is a RevOps and GTM Engineering consultancy that helps B2B companies build and optimize the systems behind their revenue engine.

We specialize in HubSpot, CRM architecture, automation, and sales and marketing operations for clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

We are a small, execution-focused team where interns work directly with founders and senior consultants on live client projects. This is hands-on work rather than months of shadowing or siloed tasks.

What You'll Learn & Work On

- Get hands-on training across HubSpot, Apollo, Smartlead, Make.com, n8n, AI workflows, and modern GTM technologies.
- Support live client implementations involving CRM architecture, automation, reporting, and process optimization.
- Build outbound infrastructure, sales workflows, and operational systems for B2B companies.
- Work alongside senior consultants on client-facing deliverables.
- Progress towards independently managing client accounts as your skills develop.

Who We're Looking For

- No prior experience with these tools is required. Training will be provided from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills and clear thinking.
- A fast learner with ownership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Willing to ask questions,



learn, and execute.

Mandatory Requirements

- A personal laptop capable of handling modern web applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work full-time during the internship.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST.

Career Opportunity After Internship

Successful interns may be considered for a full-time RevOps & GTM Engineering role.

Potential full-time compensation will be ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on demonstrated skills, ownership of live client work, and overall performance.
