a. Collect Production planning from shift in charge.

b. Collect formulation planning and available stock of raw material.

c. Maintain records of prepared batches.

d. Ensure batching operation as per formulation.

e. Ensure manual dump of raw material is carried in every batch.

f. Ensure premix dumping is carried in every batch.

g. To take corrective action in case of wrong batching.

h. Take corrective action against on batching variation.

i. Responsible for timely batching through PLC.

j. Calibration/Validation of weighing hopper on periodic basis.

k. Check physical stock of raw material.

l. Ensure smooth functioning of equipment in batching process.

m. Prevent inter mixing of batching.

a. Ensure accurate consumption of raw material as per formulation.

Maintain monthly report of batch analysis.

c. Make optimum batches.

d. Ensure to reduce spillage loses.

e. Cleaning of magnets at dumping hopper.

f. Report any abnormality observed in PLC to unit in-charge.

g. Maintain cleanliness at workplace.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
