Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through digital channels, campaigns, events, and referrals
- Plan and run on-ground marketing activities such as school and college visits, education fairs, seminars, and webinars
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other institutional partners
- Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the design and content team on campaigns
- Follow up on enquiries and pass qualified leads to the counselling team
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance in the CRM and report weekly
- Meet monthly lead generation and enrolment targets
- Keep up with the latest trends in international education, intakes, and destination country updates
- Represent the company professionally at events and in the community

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education, overseas education, or ed-tech preferred)




- Freshers with solid communication skills and genuine interest in the field may also apply
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi or Tamil is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel locally for institutional visits and events

Preferred Skills

- Existing network among schools, colleges, or student communities
- Knowledge of study abroad destinations, admission processes, and visa requirements
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
