Hiring: Marketing Executive – Field Marketing

Job Location: Siliguri & Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute field marketing activities.

* Promote company products and services through offline marketing campaigns.

* Visit potential clients, institutions, and business locations.

* Generate leads and identify current business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Conduct promotional activities and market research.

* Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams.

* Achieve assigned marketing targets.

Required Skills:

* 1–4 years of experience in field marketing.





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Knowledge of local markets and customer engagement.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

* Willingness to travel for field.
