Salary: ₹15 LPA – ₹17 LPA + ESOPs

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ABP.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheets, P&L; Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Handle investor relations and coordinate with investors and financial institutions.
- Manage fundraising activities, financial reporting, and financial projections.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and business profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial performance dashboards.
- Drive cost optimisation and strategic financial planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant finance experience.




- Robust experience in ABP (Annual Business Planning).
- Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and financial statements.
- Experience in Investor Relations and Fundraising.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Modelling, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Expertise in P&L;, Cash Flow Management, and MIS Reporting.
- Experience in Fintech / Logistics / Automobile industries preferred.

Compensation: ₹15–17 LPA + ESOPs

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
