1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential revenue sources.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, and digital marketing.
- Ensure effective conversion of leads into revenue.

2. Sales Team Management

- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Assign individual targets to team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and prospects.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.

7. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
- Monitor sales, revenue, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Analyze business performance against targets.
- Identify gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Present business performance reports to management.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales data.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
