We are looking for the following position for our Quality Management Department (QMD): Designation: Research Assistant / Research Engineer – Quality Management Systems (QMS) (ARAI Contract) – 1 No. Location: ARAI – Kothrud, HTC, FID, MRC and AEC. Candidates should have Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering with positive academic record. Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description. Job Description: Hands on Experience in: 1. Maintaining Integrated Management System as per ISO 9001, ISO 17025, BIS LRS. 2. Maintaining other accreditations like NTSEL, Singapore, VCA and upcoming accreditations like Brazil, Taiwan. 3. Maintaining Proficiency Testing Process 4. Digitization and implementation of QMD activities/projects like Document Management System, Quality Control. 5. Implementation of amended standards across all sites of ARAI 6.



IMS Consultancy Services 7. Quality bulletin activity 8. Planning and execution of internal audits 9. Planning and execution of external audits 10. Document Management 11. Planning and Execution of Management System Certification/Accreditation (MRC-Takwe, AEC-Chakan). 12. Implementation of Internal Audit Software across all sites of ARAI 13. Implementation of Customer Feedback portal (Improved Version) 14. IMS Awareness training to employees

Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience/Skills:
• 2-3 years’ experience in Quality and Lab Management System in Testing and Calibration field.
• ISO9001, ISO17025 internal/lead auditor will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills, Presentation Skills, Having Good Knowledge of MS-Office with Advance Excel (Macros), SAP. Preferred Industry – Automotive, Work Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 17025, BIS LRS Accredited Lab is Preferred. This vacancy is on ARAI contract i.e. on ARAI Payroll for 2 years.
