Job Role: Montessori Teacher

- Plan and conduct age- appropriate Montessori-based learning activities for pre-primary children.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports holistic child development.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s academic, social, emotional, and motor skill progress.
- Use Montessori materials effectively to encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity.
- Maintain classroom discipline with positive guidance techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and classroom activities.
- Support children’s emotional well-being and social interaction.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Participate in school events, trainings, and meetings as required.
- Work collaboratively with management and other teachers to uphold school values and standards.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
