Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Calling Executives. Calling Executives will engage with potential and existing clients via phone, messaging, and online communication tools to introduce Exclusive AI’s services and understand client needs. They will qualify leads, explain service offerings clearly, schedule meetings or demos for the sales or consulting team, and maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems. The role includes following up on inquiries, nurturing relationships, and providing timely information to support the sales process.



Calling Executives will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and contribute feedback to improve scripts and communication strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and active listening abilities.
- Experience with client outreach, telecalling, or customer support, including handling objections and building rapport.
- Basic understanding of digital solutions such as AI automation, web development, SEO, and digital marketing, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort using CRM tools, call management software, and common office applications to document and track interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Professional phone etiquette, resilience when dealing with high call volumes, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
