Location: Jaipur

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Develop new customers and expand business opportunities in analytical and commercial laboratory sectors.
- Promote and sell laboratory instruments, testing equipment, chemicals, consumables, and related products.
- Build strong relationships with industrial clients, laboratories, distributors, and key customers.
- Identify new markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Experience Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the analytical and commercial laboratory industry.
- Experience in laboratory instruments, scientific equipment, chemicals, testing services, or laboratory consumables preferred.




- Strong experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, distributor management, and business development.
- Good understanding of laboratory products, industrial testing, and analytical solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduate in Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
