About the Role :NextIELTS is looking for experienced and passionate IELTS Affiliate Trainers to join our growing online training network.We offer flexible teaching opportunities for trainers who enjoy helping students achieve their target IELTS band scores while earning through a performance-based affiliate model.Selected trainers will conduct live online sessions for IELTS Academic and General Training students, including free introductory and paid batches.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct engaging online IELTS classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Deliver structured lessons aligned with IELTS examination standards.
- Conduct free introductory sessions and paid IELTS batches as assigned.
- Provide personalised feedback on students' Speaking and Writing performance.
- Guide students on exam strategies, band improvement, and effective preparation.
- Monitor student progress and address academic queries.
- Coordinate with the NextIELTS academic team to ensure a consistent learning experience.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of IELTS teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS Academic and General Training.
- Excellent English communication and online teaching skills.
- Experience teaching students across different proficiency levels.




- Familiarity with IELTS band descriptors and assessment criteria.
- Laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a professional online teaching setup.

Teaching Schedule :

- Availability for 8:00 AM and/or 8:00 PM IST classes is preferred.
- Additional morning, afternoon, and evening slots may be offered.
- Flexible batch allocation based on trainer availability and student demand.
